We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when refunds, returns, and cancellations are available for orders placed on MyEngravings.xyz.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because engraved and personalized items are made to order specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, cancellation requests can only be honored before your item enters production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
How to Request a Refund
Email us with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.
